Alexis' heritage cuvée, a true snapshot of his terroir. 70% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Grown in Troissy and Dormand, in limestone and stony-clay soil. Vinification in stainless steel and aging in used oak barrels. 30% comes from perpetual reserve wine, aged in foudres. Base vintage 2022. 6g/L dosage.
