A 10 barrel batch of 100% Polish rye. Aged 8 years in a combination of French oak and ex-bourbon casks. The result is a nice spicey rye with notes of cinnamon, pine and cherry with lovely flavors of American bourbon layered on top. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 105 proof
