100% Pinot Gris from the organically farmed Heringer Vineyard in Yolo County. Fermented on skins in tank and matured for eight months in neutral French oak. 25 ppm so2, unfined/unfiltered. 11.6% alc.
100% carbonic Zinfandel from the D'Agostini Shenandoah Vineyard in Plymouth, CA. 17 day fermentation before being pressed to tank for aging, giving a lighter take on Zinfandel. Unfined and Unfiltered.
