Bondi Bourbon

Bondi is made in the town of Osakis (population 1,700), nestled in the countryside of northern Minnesota. They don’t have to go far for their grain: this is corn country, and all of their corn is locally grown, which is also milled in town. The mash is 100% corn; distilled in small batches in a 500-gallon copper still and aged for four years in new American oak before release.
