Jake Michahelles, born and raised in Berkeley, California, has been engrossed in food and wine since his start at Chez Panisse in 2013.   He's continued to hone on the craft and knowledge of this world by working in Wine focused jobs for the last decade.   Chez Panisse, Verjus, Snail Bar, Broc Cellars, Harvests in New Zealand, and currently the General Manager of Sirene in Oakland has continued his passion and curiosity for the expanisive world of viticulture.  To get a deeper sense from a different angle Jake will working with Bowler in the East Bay.
