Cultura 100 was born from a simple but powerful philosophy: to remain 100% true to the culture, traditions, and spirit of tequila. Founded by Jaime Juarez, whose background includes spirits distribution and importing, the brand brings together industry experience and a commitment to creating a tequila that respects its Mexican roots.

Produced in collaboration with the iconic Vivanco family distillery (NOM 1414) and master distiller Sergio Cruz. Cultura 100 combines traditional production methods with a contemporary vision.

Cultura 100 is made from 100% Blue Weber agave and crafted using traditional techniques, including brick-oven cooking, roller-mill extraction, and copper pot distillation. The distillery plays classical music during their fermentation, sometimes referred to as “The Mozart Method”. According to Sergio, the sound waves and vibrations of the music positively influence the yeast, helping to optimize sugar conversion and create a smoother, more complex flavor profile in the final spirit. These methods help preserve the distinctive character of the agave and deliver an expressive, balanced flavor profile.
