A true Bordeaux blend encompassing the top five Bordeaux grapes varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Merlot (20%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). Petit Verdot (2%), and Malbec (1%). The lots are fermented separately using natural fermentations, and aged in 55% French and 45% American oak (1-6 years old) for 2 years. No fining or filtration conducted prior to bottling, just like the Estate regimen.
