"The 2021 Fixin Blanc Clos de la Perriere ler Cru, which comes from 0.5 hectares of vine and is aged in 25% new oak, is similar to the bottle that I tried last year at the Domaine. Yellow fruit on the nose with touches of beeswax and dried honey . this opens nicely in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, taut and fresh with a twist of sour lemon on the finish. It's not a long-term white, but it has plenty of character."
