100% crinoidal limestone. Enclosed vineyard planted north/south. Located in the village of Brochon and a few meters from Fixin 1er Cru Clos de la Perriere. Cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature with native yeasts only, little or no punching down, gentle pressing. 12 months in French oak barrels (25% new oak and 75% one to three year old barrels). Unfined and unfiltered.
