The juice for the Negrel “Nuit Blanche” rose comes principally from winegrowers in their area and all are working organically. Depending on the year, sometimes wine from Mas de Cadenet is included as well. The blend is 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah. The terroir is mainly composed of clay with some limestone plots as well. It is a typical Provençal climate, sunny and dry with the famous Mistral wind.
The wine is certified organic (NOP on the label). It is made in stainless steel and is direct press, getting the perfect balance of fruit
and a delicate pink color.
