From 20 year-old vines planted in a clay limestone and blue marl soil. This cuvée offers a combination of finesse and typicality from blending the Jura’s most distinctive white varietals, 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin. Following traditional aging in the Jura, the barrels are not topped off and the wine is aged for two years, "sous voile".
