"The varietal Graciano 2022 Cuatro del Cuatro, their homage to their father, who didn`t grub up the vines when many did. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, and the wine matured in used 300- and 500-liter barrels for one year. It has good ripeness, 13.65% alcohol with a pH of 3.45 and 5.5 grams of acidity. It`s perfumed and floral, varietal, perhaps with a little more rusticity than in previous vintages. They selected six 500-liter barres and two 300-liter ones to make this cuvée. 3,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2024."
