The 2023 “CVR” Columbia Valley Red is composed of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, and 3% Petit Verdot sourced from three exceptional sites: Champoux, Galitzine, and Mach One vineyards. The wine was aged for 21 months in French oak prior to bottling. Quilceda Creek’s Cabernet Sauvignon dominant CVR blend is made to be enjoyed earlier than their flagship bottling, while still retaining aging potential and offering excellent value within the winery’s range.
