A blend of multiple grapes (Marsanne, Muscat a Petits Grains, Grenache Fries, Carignan Blanc) from vines averaging 60 years old, grown in clay-limestone soils. L’Orange is fermented in tank, whole cluster, and then pressed. It returns in part to tank and concrete eggs to complete fermentation and aging. 9 days of skin contact.
