Pinot Noir L'Ensemble

United States
Oregon
2021

After years of working with 8 of the top vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity, McMinnville and Yamhill-Carlton AVA’s, the L’Ensemble Pinot Noir was created with the idea of expressing the best parcels within these sites. From these parcels, the cuvée is made from the most expressive barrels from each vineyard, and blended to achieve depth, complexity, ageability, and finesse in the final wine. This blend comprises either biodynamic, organic or LIVE certified vineyards only, including a diverse range of sites where the vine age ranges from 15-46 years. The wine was fermented with native yeasts and matured for 16 months in French oak (35% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

"A jeweled ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir L'Ensemble needs a little time to open in the glass before revealing aromas of fresh pine, ripe cherry liqueur, and toasted spice. Supple and medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannins. It delivers elegant freshness and wonderful purity through its long, mouthwatering, seamless finish. Drink 2025-2047."
