A field blend of more than 25 varieties (about 50/50 whites to reds), including Rufete, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Mourisco, Tinta Roriz, Gouveio, Rabigato, Donzelinho Branco, Malvasia Fina and Viosinho, among others. The vineyard is located in Cima Corgo at 650m elevation in granite and schist soils. Hand harvested, macerated for 3 days, and foot stomped in mostly cement tanks with 5% in barrel.
