100% Pinot Noir. Aged 10 months in barrel. Most people only know Sancerre Blanc, which is Sauvignon Blanc, but a small percentage of the region's production is dedicated to rosé and red from Pinot Noir.

The mineral soils here offer a similar expression of terroir to what you find in Burgundy, but at a fraction of the cost. High-toned red fruits and wild herbs dominate this wine that is full of energy. Don't be afraid to serve it with a slight chill.
