Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Mourvèdre, from vines averaging 60 years of age, planted in chalky clay. The fruit is harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard; 100% de-stemmed. Fermented with natural yeasts, with a maceration of 20 days with pigeage. Aged 18 months in demi-muids (barrels of 600L). Bottled without fining or filtration.
