100% Viognier. 2021 was the first vintage of white Pour de Vrai. It comes from certified-organic estate vines just northwest of the ancient city of Nîmes and just south of the Cévennes mountain range. The vines range from 10-30 years old, are planted on varying clay-limestone soils and have a generally eastern exposure. The terrain is flat to moderately hilly, with the vineyards (and cereal fields) surrounded by garrigue and woods.

The bunches are direct-pressed and fermented with native yeasts and without sulfur in cement tanks. The wine is bottled while fermenting and finishes fermentation dry and around 11-11.5%. It is bottled unfiltered, unsulfured and crown-capped.
