"The 2025 Diego Seco from Los Bermejos comes in at a svelte twelve percent octane this year. It offers up a bright and complex aromatic constellation of fresh lime, tart pear, salty minerality, menthol and a topnote of lemongrass. On the palate the wine is bright, fullish, focused and complex, with a good core of fruit, lovely mineral undertow and grip, a good spine of acidity and a long, seamlessly balanced and vibrant finish. This is really a lovely . 2026-2035. "
