The wine’s bouquet is bright, ripe and precise, hopping from the glass in a classic blend of gooseberry, green apple, fresh-cut grass, a beautiful base of chalky and flinty minerality, lime peel and a topnote of white flowers. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, zesty and complex, with a lovely core of fruit, a fine base of soil, bouncy acids and fine focus and balance on the long and juicy finish. A lovely bottle. 2026-2031"
