"The 2025 Menetou-Salon from Kévin and Karine Lauverjat is a beautiful bottle of sauvignon blanc. The bouquet is ripe, precise and vivid, hopping from the glass in a mix of lime, gooseberry, green apple, a lovely base of limestone minerality, fresh-mown grass and a topnote of citrus blossoms. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and zesty, with a superb core of fruit, excellent mineral drive and grip, lovely balance and a long, complex and bouncy finish. This is really a pretty wine for drinking today, but it has the underlying structure to also age quite nicely. Fine juice. 2026-2035"
