100% Meunier. From a small estate parcel in the lieu-dit of Pierre de Bellevue. The vines were planted in 1947 on Sparnacian limestone-clay soils. The farming is organic and all work including harvest by hand. The whole clusters are gently pressed and the must settled overnight and moved by gravity into Burgundy barrels. Fermentation is spontaneous. The 2020 was aged in barrel for 15 months. It was bottled by hand in December 2021 without fining or filtering. Production: 280 bottles.
