100% Merlot from 18-year-old vines. The vineyards are sustainably farmed and indigeonous yeasts are used for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French barrels for 8-10 months with a light filtration before bottling. 3000 cases are produced annually.
72% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. All of the grapes come from a single 5-hectare plot planted on south and south-west exposed slopes on limestone and chalky, clay soils. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks.
Total production averages 550 cases per year.
90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. Bordeaux Supérieur aged for twelve months in an equal mix of stainless steel and oak barrels. Juicy blackberry and plum notes with lush, supple tannins. A classic Bordeaux for discerning babblers.
80% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot. From limestone-clay and gravel soils on the hillside of Tresses. Vinified with little oxygen contact to maximize freshness and aged in stainless steel for three to four months. Certified Sustainable.
90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. Bordeaux Supérieur aged for twelve months in an equal mix of stainless steel and oak barrels. Juicy blackberry and plum notes with lush, supple tannins. A classic Bordeaux for discerning babblers.
80% Merlot, 10.5% Petit Verdot, and 9.5% Cabernet Sauvignon. From an eleven hectare single-vineyard plot on the Margaux border. 25 year-old vines planted in a sandy gravel subsoil with clay topsoil. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for twelve months in French oak, with two rackings.
50% Sauvignon, Blanc 50% Semillon. 30-year old vines, grown in sandy and gravelly soil with some limestone plots. Aged on fine lees for six to eight months in stainless steel tanks.
50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Semillon from the top sites. Gravel and clay soil from 40+ year old vines. Fermented and aged in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
