"Black Swan" is composed of Zinfandel from an organically farmed site in western Grass Valley, Sierra Foothills. Fermented with foot-stomped whole clusters.
Approximately 65% Dry Creek Zinfandel and 35% Mendocino Carignane from dry-farmed vines ranging from 24-82 years old. Whole cluster pressed, fermented dry and aged in neutral French oak barrels.
