100% Merlot from 18-year-old vines. The vineyards are sustainably farmed and indigeonous yeasts are used for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French barrels for 8-10 months with a light filtration before bottling. 3000 cases are produced annually.

80% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc. All of the grapes come from a single 5-hectare plot planted on south and south-west exposed slopes on limestone and chalky, clay soils. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks.
Total production averages 500 cases per year.
