This rum pays homage to Albany’s first distillery, which was established in the mid-18th century and stood just a short distance from where their distillery stands today.
The aged expression of the Original Albany Rum, picking up its distinctive color as well as rich spice and vanilla notes from a long rest in used Ironweed barrels. In addition to smoothing out the spirit, the time in oak transforms the earthiness of the original into a more subtle, warm flavor.
A completely unique spirit distilled from 100% maple syrup in a “rum style.” This spirit is finished in used bourbon barrels which at one point also were used to age maple syrup in.
Maggie’s Farm Spiced Rum is a dry spiced rum (no added sugar) made with a complex spice bill, including fresh-grated orange zest, Tahitian vanilla bean, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. All Maggie’s Farms are fermented and distilled from turbinado, a raw sugar, rather than molasses.
