Malayeto is made from older vines of Garnacha from a single vineyard planted on rocky clay and limestone soils. Made in tank it ages 9 months in 300L used French oak barrels.  

60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Grown in clay-limestone soil, from vines averaging 35 years old. Aged 15 months in concrete vats.
