Elliot Brothers
- Kentucky, United States
Elliott Brothers was built on family legacy, and an entrepreneurial heritage of adventure. The brand honors three brothers from a previous generation—Joe, James, and Van Elliott.
During World War II, Joe and Jim were serving in different divisions in Europe. By an extraordinary stroke of luck, the brothers crossed paths in the middle of the war. And, somehow, they managed to get their hands on a bottle of bourbon to celebrate. That moment—two brothers, thousands of miles from home, sharing a bourbon in the middle of the European theatre—is the inspiration behind Elliott Brothers Reserve.
Elliott Brothers is unique in that it embodies three countries of origin. The bourbon comes from Kentucky, to reflect the Elliott Family Southern Heritage. Finishing oak casks come from France, which held Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina. Today, that spirit of adventure continues in a bourbon that brings together Kentucky tradition and Argentine wine-country influence.
