They make their Gin using 12 bottanicals including 5 flowers, Marigold,Chamomile, Lavender, Elderflower, and Jasmine. In addition to the traditional Juniper, coriander and angelica root they use bee pollen for body. The whole batch is macerated 24 hours then redistilled. They are not using a botanicals basket, everything is in the tank. They proof down slowly, over the course of two weeks, to a final ABV of 45%.
