In the inaugural release of their Alpine -style genepy liqueur "lot 21" they blend 27 botanicals. The Genepy is sourced from an organic farmer in southeastern France in Vars. It is cultivated at 2,100 meters, harvested in August then dried for two months in the hay loft. The base spirit is macerated for 15 days then redistilled and colored with a botanical tincture before sweetening and resting in Sauterne barrels for a number of months.
