The tradition of Amari is long and storied. Originally produced as a health tonic, while they are still used as a digestif, they are now also used the world over as an ingredient in cocktails. This unique and distinct version from Lockhouse is aged on sassafras wood and sweetened with turbinado sugar, giving it a rootbeer profile. Made from a neutral corn spirit, it rests for 4 weeks on its infusion of herbs, botanicals and sassafras.
