100% Cabernet Franc. 2021 is the first vintage of this wine for Raffault. The brief story: the local winegrowers' association concluded that a northern section of the vaunted Picasses vineyard should be removed from the Picasses lieu-dit.  The Raffault family decided to blend their piece of this elimimated section with their Les Peuilles parcel; the name "the two rocks" references this new combination of the clay-limestone soils of Picasses and the clay-flint soils of Peuilles. 

Vinification follows the Raffault standard: hand-harvested, destemmed but uncrushed berries are spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in tank. Maceration is around two weeks. The wine is aged in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered.
