The peaches come from Briermere Farms in Riverhead New York. The base is an off-dry peach wine made in-house at Matchbook, fermented using champagne yeast. The wine is then fortified with a distillate of peach leaf, as well as utilizing botanicals like quassia, pink peppercorn, rose and elderflower. It is a gentle profile, meant to let peaches shine as summer fades into fall. 16% abv.
