A clean and expressive Espadin made from fully mature Angostofolia plants, harvested after 8 years. Made traditionally by hand, distilled twice on copper pot stills. Notes of vanilla, almond, tropical fruits and mild smoke. Perfect as a sipper with a great spine for cocktails at 45% abv.
