"The varietal 2023 Garnacha Blanca was produced with grapes picked early to be able to produce the style of wine they like, avoiding excess alcohol and heaviness, aging it in concrete. It has a moderate 12.51% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and 5.8 grams of acidity. I think the signature of 2023 is elegance and balance, and this white, even though it's the entry level, showcases it. It's pale, very clean and precise, varietal and fresh, with notes of white fruit and flowers with a very tasty finish. They have tuned the used of oxygen to keep the wines fresh and tasty. 20,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2024."
