Pear juiciness dominates the nose, with a lovely tang of fresh yeast that is exquisitely youthful and animating. The palate is equally juicy and retains its lovely freshness, lightness and crunch, imbued with plenty of fruit and an absolutely yeasty vibe, finished with a gorgeous smattering of pepper."
