100% Chardonnay. Foradori has a new, multi-faceted project about 30 km from their Mezzolombardo estate on Monte Baldo. This property and its vines are at a notably higher altitude (around 600 meters) and are in a drier microclimate with greater extremes of warmth and cold. "Miko Flor" is an experimental bottling, from a bit of Chardonnay planted on chalk and Dolomitic limestone with a volcanic (basalt) component. This barrel developed a veil of flor, resulting in a saline, slightly oxidative white wine.
