50% Montepulciano, 50% Sangiovese from DeAngelis’ vineyards in the province of Ascoli Piceno. The juice is immediately drained after crushing and malolactic is avoided, allowing for a light-colored and zippy rosato with lots of citrus notes.  Certified organic.
