Petite Sirah from two sites in Lodi AVA - Reese and Calvinco Vineyard. The vines range in age from 20-40 years, both vineyards are farmed organically and all fruit is hand harvested. 100% whole cluster, carbonic maceration in stainless steel before being pressed into both stainless steel and concrete to complete fermentation. All native yeasts. Matured for 10 months in neutral oak. 13% abv.
