The 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of three organically-farmed sites - No Clos Radio (41%), Finnigan Hill (36%), and Silvershot Vineyard (23%). The vines range from 15-48 years of age, dry-farmed, and are planted on windblown loess and marine sediment soils. The majority of the fruit was destemmed, with roughly 24% whole cluster inclusion. The average length of maceration was 14 days on skins before being pressed into a mix of neutral French and Oregon oak. The wine matured for nine months before being racked once and was bottled unfined/unfiltered.
