Trebbiano Spoletino IGT Umbria Frizzante "Laetitia Bullarum"
100% Trebbiano Spoletino. From biodynamically farmed, certified-organic, hand-harvested estate fruit. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in open-topped tanks with no temperature control or sulfur. Maceration is approximately 24 hours. The wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for 3 months. It is racked, bottled and finishes fermentation in the bottle. It is not filtered and is topped with a crown cap. Laetitia Bullarum is a zero-sulfur wine.
