70% Gamay/30% Côt. The Puzelats source organically farmed fruit from the Touraine for their rosé, which is always Gamay-based. The wine is made from a saignée off of a short carbonic maceration of whole clusters. Fermentation is spontaneous in steel tank without sulfur. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation and is aged briefly in steel tank. It is bottled without filtration and with a tiny dose of sulfur.
