Viognier from a north facing parcel of WeatherEye Vineyard, which straddles the top of Red Mountain in Eastern Yakima Valley. The vines are ungrafted, single stake trained, and planted at high densities on rocky fractured basalt soils. The wine was 100% barrel fermented with ambient yeasts and matured for 11-months in used French oak before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.
