Vly Creek Vodka
Distilled from apples and wheat. The apples are sourced locally in New York and the first pressing for our vodka even took place at the nearby Hubbell Family Farm in their antique apple press, which has been in service since the 1800’s. The cider was then hauled six miles down the road to the distillery, where it was allowed to ferment to completion over several weeks. The fermented cider was then distilled together with the addition of wheat-based spirit to balance the subtle hint of fruit in the final product.
