A blend of Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc from two organic sites in Lodi County, co-fermented with a small percentage of hand-harvested apples from Nadeau Orchard. The fruit was crushed and co-fermented before aging for 10-months in neutral French oak. 11.3% abv.
