This 100% hand harvested Semillon is from Chiqui Rodriguez, a single vineyard in Tupungato. Grapes are left whole cluster and macerated on the skins for 24 hours. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete eggs for three months.
This 100% hand harvested Semillon is from a single plot on the Finca Manoni vineyard inside the Uco Valley. Left 50% whole cluster and fermented in 1000L oak foudre where wine is aged for a year and a half.
