A roughly 50/50 blend of Baga and Touriga Nacional, fermented and aged in stainless steel with a delicate extraction. Bright, juicy, but with a hint of dry tannin and a long salty finish. Somewhere between a Beaujolais Village and Lange Rosso in style.
100% Maria Gomes from vines across the property. Initial fermentation in stainless steel, second fermentation in bottle. 3 months aging on the lees in the bottle before disgorgement and release.
A blend of 1/3 bical, 1/3 Cercial, 1/3 Sercialinho. The Bical and Cercial were grown at Vinha Formal (limestone) and the Sercialinho comes from Quinta do Ribeirinho (sand). Very Chablisian at a fraction of the price.
