Brocard, Julien – Chablis "Le 7ieme" Vin Nature
Chardonnay from Burgundy, France
7ème is made without the addition of any sulfites. Like the other wines, fermentation happens spontaneously with indigineous yeasts. It's not filtered or fined and is slightly cloudy. Fermented and aged in an Austrian oak, Stockinger barrel.

Brocard, Julien – Chablis 1er Cru Vaudevey
Chardonnay from Burgundy, France
Vaudevey is located in the valley situated behind the Côte de Léchet. Brocard has 4 hectares on a very steep slope with east exposure. It's one of the coldest sites of all of the 1er Cru. It spends 12-13 months in large foudres. It has a richness to it and finishes with a lean and salty finish.

Simultaneously powerful, very fat and very fine, elegant and voluptuous. From 35 year-old vines with southern exposure.  Aged for 14 months on lees in a Stockinger barrel.
