A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (78%) and Riesling (22%) from the Coquelicot Vineyard in the Los Olivos AVA of the Santa Ynez Valley. Originally planted in 1997, the vineyard was acquired by the Rosenson family in 2005 and has been CCOF-certified organic since 2015. The site is planted on Ballard series soils, a gravelly fine sandy loam. The Sauvignon and Riesling were destemmed and fermented separately on skins until dry before being pressed together and aged in stainless steel before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. 11.5% abv.
